I am currently back to work on a part-time basis (Wed-Fri and every 2nd Saturday) for health reasons, and hope to return to full time opening hours as and when advised by my consultant. I will keep all clients posted as and when I have an update on this.
*FACIALS & PAMPER PACKAGES*
These services are now available once again at Serenity Bay! At the moment, the (half body) Tropical Pamper is available. Full body Summer Rain pamper will return later in the year, once cleared with insurance to resume longer treatments again.
It is important that clients booking these packages remember to bring along a towel/blanket for treatment. Covid restrictions mean we cannot provide laundry at this time. A towel/blanket is required in order to cover clients during the facial, as clothing cannot be worn on the upper body during the pamper package.
Extra precautions are being taken to ensure safety of client and therapist whilst this new variant is becoming increasingly popular and more easily transmitted.
Clients are asked to report any symptoms of *any* illness (cough, cold, fever, sore throat, sickness, etc...) and please *do not* attend the salon if yourself or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of *any* illness (Covid or not). The salon houses many self employed staff who have lost a lot of business already in lockdowns. If we have to go off work sick, this could be very damaging. We also have a duty of care to our more vulnerable clientele who we must protect from any contagious or viral infections.
Clients who arrive for treatment showing symptoms will respectfully be asked to leave, with loss of deposit to cover business losses.
Please cancel your appointment if you or anyone you have been in contact with has symptoms of any illness - we can reschedule if we know in advance of your appointment time.

Please add yourself to the “waitlist” option for any days/dates that you see which are full. I can often move things around to squeeze you in, if your details are logged on the system’s waitlist - I’ll always do my best to accommodate wherever I can.
